Measure from where the shoulder seam meets armhole to the cuff.

USN/US Marine vests issued between the 1940s - 1950s were generally given to mechanic or engine room personnel. This vest was made of poplin fabric, alpaca or wool is used inside, closed by a zipper, the overall structure is straightforward, warm performance is good.
This vest is made of OD color custom-made poplin cotton fabric (about 7 oz, which is similar to the gram weight of the original version). It is water and oil-proof, but which will weaken with the increase of washing times. Based on the original version, two pockets were added similar to those on the deck jacket, making it less monotonous and more practical. It can be worn with a shirt, or in a sweatshirt, or with a leather jacket.
