The pullovers appeared in the late 1930s. It features hats that look like "add-ons." Before that, they were turtlenecks. When people needed to keep their heads warm, they naturally made hats and sewed them on the t-shirts.
It's called an "ATTACHED HOOD PARKA". Since there may not be a cloth of the same color when adding a hat to it, it is very common for two different colors to appear, which is unexpectedly popular, and the manufacturer will intentionally make a hoodie with two colors colliding. But the production cycle is not too long, by the late 1950s almost disappeared.
