Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, we are happy to process an exchange or issue you a refund.

Bronson offers a 30-day returning period. Please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you've received all your items. You can request a return. Returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

We provide a return label for your order with service charge starting from $7. Please dispatch the parcel as soon as possible after receiving the shipping label from our customer service team.

Returns for refunds in our store gift cards or exchanges will be free of charge.

 

The return label is available for the following countries and areas: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Australia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Switzerland, Netherlands, South Korea, and Japan. 

 

*For countries and areas not listed, pls send your order to our China warehouse. For specific addresses and shipping options, please contact cs@bronsonshop.com.

After the returned order is delivered, our customer service team will process the refund or exchange for you within 5-7 business days.

 

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

How do I make a return?

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the parcel is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We can not cancel the order if the parcel is already shipped out.

Important Notice

  1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags/packaging attached.
  2. You must use the return label we provide, then send the return package to us within 30 days after the delivery date. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of the package if it returned without permission.
  3. We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.
  4. Undergarments(Socks, Boxer Shorts and Tank Tops), free gifts, 'final sale' products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  5. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  7. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  8. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to cs@bronsonshop.com.
  9. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and the processing of your return will not be successful. You can only return to the address we provide.
  10. Please ensure you don't put non-Bronson items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  11. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing";
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
