We offer a 21-day maximum shipping period guarantee.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for items purchased through our website.
Returns are accepted for items in original condition: unwashed, unfragranced, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
A processing fee will be applied to returns requesting a refund; however, exchanges are free of charge.
Please note: We accept only one return request per order.
Non-Returnable Items
Undergarments(tank tops, boxers, and socks), Final Sale items, Assure+ Service products, gift cards, and certain special products are non-returnable.
Store Credit Policy
You can choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit, which will not expire.
Note: You must log in to your account to use your store credit.
Gift Card Terms
Gift cards from Bronson are non-refundable and valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Price Guarantee
We’re committed to offering you fair and consistent pricing. If an item you purchased from us is reduced in price — whether through a permanent markdown or a flash sale — within 30 days of your order date, you're welcome to request a price adjustment for the difference.
Adjustments are limited to one request per item and must be based on pricing listed on our official online store.
To request a price adjustment, simply contact our customer service team with your order number — we’re happy to help.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders listed at an incorrect price.
Promotions
Sitewide promotional discounts are time-limited and cannot be extended once the sale period ends.
Discount Codes
A discount code from Bronson can be applied at checkout to deduct a certain amount from your order total, shipping fees, or specific products.
You can receive discount codes by subscribing to our newsletters.
Please enter the discount code on the checkout page. If the discount is automatic, simply meet the required conditions and the discounted price will be reflected at checkout.
Note:
Discount codes can be used together with gift cards and store credit.
However, each discount code can only be applied to one order at a time.
Taxes and Customs Duties
We have joined the IOSS system, and all prices shown include VAT.
If additional customs duties are required upon delivery, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Limitations of Liability
Please note: We cannot control the customs inspection timeframe or the parcel's condition after delivery. However, we are happy to assist in investigating lost or delayed parcels. Refunds will be issued for parcels confirmed as lost, with supporting documentation or shipping carrier confirmation.
