Shipping Info

• Free shipping on orders over $99. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $6.99 will be charged.
• To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Order Processing

• After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.
• During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.
• Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

International Shipping

• We have established cooperative relations with many logistics service providers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. All of our products will be shipped out directly from our China warehouse via Yunexpress, S.F Express, China Post, and FedEx Express.

Import Duties

• We have joined the EU's IOSS system. For orders sent to EU 27 countries, we have already paid the entry tax, and you don't need to pay it again.
• Other country orders may be subject to your country's customs fees and import duties. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these charges during the checkout process.
• Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
• Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
