Beginning in the 1930s, between the needs of different types of work, Overall (strap pants) evolved into a pair of pants with only the lower half. These pants are generally used by trainers, miners, smelters, carpenters, and other workers. The reason is that Workwear manufacturing companies also want their products to be worn daily, without having to look fully armed like Overalls.
In order to best determine fit, it may be helpful to compare our garment’s measurements to a similar garment you already own. Lay your garment on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside of the garment.

Literally, my favorite pair of pants!
I truly enjoy the pants and the fit of them. Was slightly nervous since I'm in the USA, and I wasn't sure if the size was going to be good for me. But after reviewing the size chart and the look, I am so happy I got these!
