The "1st" four-pocket railroad work Jacket, also known as the "Loco Jacket", which appeared in the mid-to-late 1920s, is a symbol of the railroad era, with standardized four pockets, usually worn over overalls, to protect against bituminous coal dust and facilitate work. What we're recreating here is a more simplified version that appeared in the 1930s.
