During World War II, the U.S. government required all garment manufacturers to remove a certain amount of metal, fabric, and sewing thread from their garments in order to make efficient use of resources. For this reason, some special details arise. For example: off came the watch pocket rivets, the crotch rivet and the cinch, along with its two rivets and on came standard issue laurel leaf buttons.
It's made of 13.75 oz selvedge denim (after one wash, it will reach about 14.5 oz), 5-pocket style, Faithfully restore the details of the original version.
In order to best determine fit, it may be helpful to compare our garment’s measurements to a similar garment you already own. Lay your garment on a flat surface and take all measurements from the outside of the garment.

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, ist dass die Abbildungen nicht dem entsprachen was geliefert wurde. Will sagen kommt mit roter Labelfahne und aufgedruckter Ziernaht ähnlich der 1944 501
These are incredibly made and accurate reproductions.
The only issue is their way too wide. All of the LVC 1944‘s that I owned we’re not quite this wide. Given that, I tapered them 1 inch and hemmed them 3 inches and now they are perfect. Fit and finish is great and I love the army green canvas pocket liners. That’s a period correct feature that was on many World War era Levi’s
Well, I LOVE Bronson and these are wonderful vintage jeans. The denim has a super vintage texture and look. These are however INCREDIBLY baggy, I mean HUGE. Almost impractically too baggy. Perhaps an over exaggeration of the "full vintage" cut. Just FYI
Great reproduction. The cut of the Jean is very true to the original, details are spot on and the denim is very nice. My only criticism is the shrinkage of the unsanfronized denim, it doesn’t shrink quite as much as Bronson suggest, even after a hot wash. In my experience this is true of all Bronsons raw denim. However I would definitely recommend these jeans.
I didn't realize how accurate of a repro these were going to be until i got a pair in my hands. All the details are what you'd expect, with the rivets, pocket bags, and overall cut being spot on. The denim weight is perfect and the fit is just right. I went with what Bronson recommended I should try in the waist and they fit perfect after a hot soak. These do bleed quite a bit, but if you don't wash your denim regularly, it'll probably never become TOO big of an issue. I soaked mine when I got them and the dye stained the selvage lines on either side, but after a cold wash, they returned to their original color more or less. Really nice pants, glad I could get a pair when I did. Even if you don't care that these are a repro, they're stilla killer pair of pants.
These jeans are really comfortable and the button fly is a delightful feature- unlike lots of other brands the buttons are well spaced out and look great.
I think the fit fabric and quality is great it’s my second pair and I haven’t found anything in the market like them. Need to make them in black also.
