Produced in the 1940s, the Type B-6 was the streamlined variant of the Type B-3. With its single throat latch and slashed front pockets, the Type B-6 jacket is made from 1/4 inch shearling for warmth and mobility, and categorized in the ‘Intermediate Zone’ for flight clothing.
Bronson Type B-6 jacket used veg-tanned sheepskin from the Spanish COLOMER Company. We reproduced the original version completely.

Great jacket , it is a very close copy with details and I was surprised by its quality , so it look good . It fit me very well and it is very confortable . I have a WW2 USN M-445 , beautiful , the real thing but now it is becoming to get fragile and rip a little , also the leather is stiff causing cracks even if treated . I do not want to wear it anymore since it is still in one piece , it could be used has a display now .
I am 5 foot 7 inches tall , my chest is 40 inches and my weight is 155 pounds so I order a size 38 .
Shoulder , chest , waist and sleeve fit nicely and I can wear a thick wool turtleneck with a T-shirt under .
Adding another lawyer would be uncomfortable .
There is other great manufacturers ... that probably does better jacket , but the price for that Bronson jacket is hard to beat .
Very good work , thanks !
