How to Measure:

Shoulder to shoulder: Place the measuring tape at the corner of one shoulder and pull across to the other shoulder. This is an important measurement as some people typically wear the same size but have different shoulder widths.
Chest width: Measure from the bottom of one armhole across the chest to the bottom of the opposite armhole.
Length: Place the measuring tape in the middle of the collar and pull it down vertically to the bottom of the jacket.
Shoulder to sleeve: Measure from the tip of the shoulder down to the bottom of the sleevent from above the elastic area same as Hem length measurement.
Bottom Opening: Measure across from the side of the widest part at the bottom hem of the coat.
½ Biceps: Measure from the widest part of the sleeve (usually halfway between shoulder and elbow).
Sizes can vary from 2-3 centimeters because they are measured by hand. (1 inch=2.54 cm)
