In 1913, the U.S. Navy introduced its first generation of plain denim work uniforms, consisting of a pullover-style smock paired with simple patch-pocket trousers. According to regulations, these work uniforms were only permitted to be worn when deemed necessary for specific work duties.

The olive-colored herringbone twill (HBT) work uniforms introduced in the early 1940s were intended to replace denim workwear. However, denim coveralls were not immediately phased out and continued to be worn until the mid-to-late 1940s.

J'adore ce pantalon, très confortable, il est très long ce qui est un avantage pour moi (188cm) Un vrai style de marin vintage, 10/10 !

One of my favourite pairs of denim. Super retro and comfy with the high waist and large cut. I did not have to wash it before wear as indigo color does not seem to run too much on other fabrics. 1m76, 72kg. I picked size W32 which is perfect for relaxed, comfy, slightly loose fit.

The pants surprised me with their workmanship. They're high-waisted and the leg is wide and comfortable. These are my third Bronson pants, and they won't be the last. Magnificent pants

It became my everyday denim wear . Solid fabric , long leggs ( much more than the 1917 USN denim BrMFG that could be improved by some Xtra inches , the pants ) . ThanX again bronson team to make so much valuable and afordable cloths ! size36 1m90 96kgs

Quite nice. Measurements are on the small size due to the high waist!

1945 USN Dungaree Trousers

I am so pleasantly surprised how much I like them. I was looking for something a bit different, but wasn’t sure I’d like the cut and was worried material might be light. No way! Amazing cut, very comfortable high waste. They’re actually quite long (relative to other Bronson pants), so I can roll them up if I want to show some ankle, or keep them unrolled for a nice break. The denim is legit — solid for sure, a really nice weight. I like these so much I’m considering buying a “backup” pair in case these aren’t available in the future. Great work Bronson!

1945 USN Dungaree Trousers

These 1945 USN dungarees are exceptional. Great material, craftsmanship, and fit. They are a great add to my wardrobe and collection of Bronson products.

1945 USN Dungaree Trousers

The dungarees were excellent quality. The size I ordered was slight small for my waist, however I was able to easily return for credit.
